OK, I have a pair of '99 or '00 Mission Vi's with the Penetrator frame on them. They are comfortable and have lasted a long time for me so I want to get another pair of Missions.

I pretty much narrowed it down to either the '01 VSi VIBE of the '02 RTx. They both have the VIBE system on them, the VSi on both ends the RTx on the rear only. My main concern is that I am fairly heavy. Will the VIBE system hold up well for a big guy? If so, which would be the better one to get? If they don't, what other skate should I look at? My price range is around $350 max.

I play mainly rec games if that matters.

i wouldnt think extra weight would effect the chasis anyways i think mission has a one year gurantee on the chasis. But on info on other skates i would check out inlinesports.com, they are offering barely used 2002 missions much cheaper than they are now. They have type M's for $400!

The reason I ask is I have actually broke a chassis before. It was like a '98-99 Proto V with the Accelerator chassis. That chassis is a weaker than most but still. Reading some other posts makes me think the vibe may be an issue in another regard. I sit really low on my skates and turning may cause the vibe to rub against the ground.

Thanks for the web addy, I'll check them out.
