Building A Rink

There are many posts about people wanting to build a rink. We should join together to share business plans so that each project can turn out the best product. If a few projects get together they can negotiate the best rates with vendors. If projects are in the same neighborhood (which is doubtful), the projects can team up and put out a Clas A facility.
