I noticed that West Chester is the only team from all divisions to win a regional championship in d1 and not get a single player in..interesting..That first team looks pretty beast though.

Ah yes I stand corrected. I just thought it was interesting being that wcu has been talked alot about being one of the top teams in the ncrha and didn't get a single player in at d1 thats all. Just caught my eye I guess... But yeah forgot about north Texas.

Cal Poly SLO Gold won B Regionals in WCRHL and didn't get anyone in either. These are a lot more based on stats than anything. Don't think that there is some conspiracy when there isn't.

I like that they did this. and i like how the league is trying to make it more serious. and that 1st team is beast and I like the pics.

F: Ryan Doyle - Long Beach State
F: Michael Inouye - Lindenwood
D: Travis Noe - UC Santa Barbara
D: Derek Blatchley - SUNY Stony Brook
G: Jason Stross - Michigan State

Ive seen all of these guys play except for Doyle but I hear hes just as good as these other guys. Inouye has been a dominant player for a dominant team for a couple yrs. Noe to me is by far the best player in the nation his size, speed and unbelievable hands is unmatched, i can see him leading his team to the nation title game. Blacthley offensively and defensively good and for Stony Brook it starts and finishes with him. Stross is BY FAR the best goalie in the NCRHA. Ive seen him play multiple times this year and he just seems inhuman. Michigan St wouldnt be half as good if they didnt have him between the pipes. This team would destroy the 2nd and 3rd team All Americans. Even though the 2nd and 3rd look stacked as well.

Travis Barendt from UNLV would definitely be the goalie.

Is he really a freshman? Thought he was a '90 birth year.

If you have to go "true" freshman, straight out of high school, I'd throw out these names.

Kevin Dwyer (Lindenwood) - tough to be a freshman goalie and get time at LU. he's good

Ed Jones (Neumann) - skilled scorer for Neumann, best frosh in the east, other than teammate Zubak who I'd take over almost anyone here if he were still playing

Taylor Abramson (Long Beach State) - 2 points a game in the toughest region playing for the defending champs

Andrew Tamura (UNLV) - team tied for best record in the west and he led them in scoring

Austin Shannon (Lindenwood) - doesn't have the numbers but he's a true freshman making an impact on best team in the country

nice list, i disagree with the zubak choice over everyone, i feel he is overrated, he is always on the best teams sure, but is a silent player, most of his stats in the ecrha came from the 2nd assist, which is usually a pass from the defensive zone during the breakout. he is a good player, but I think he has been put on such a pedastool that everyone is in AWE. I equate Zubak to Tebow. People speak of him better than he really is
