I was wondering when we can expect to see a write up/round table discussion for the east regional????believe all the other leagues have published theirs... Just wondering. Also congrats to all the teams who made this regional great. Close, nail biter games were the norm this past weekend and it was fantastic. The championship was an excellent game as well. Congrats to Michael Absalom from towson for his great play this weekend and ability to score big goals. Also congrats to Jack Grossman from West Chester for one the better championship game performances I have ever whitenessed. Congrats to all and good luck in nationals... We just squeezed in there!

Tomorrow.

Myself and Jesse normally do the roundtable and we both have been sick/exhausted after last weekend so we decided to push it back a few days.

Yes. We are planning on doing it. Jesse was sick on Tuesday of last week and we haven't both been free for the same 2 hour stretch since, hopefully we will be able to get it taken care of tomorrow, its eating at us that its not up there already.

As for the video, Ian has been on a family vacation in Montana since last Monday and hasn't had time to work on in. Not sure when he will be back, but once he sits down, it only takes a day or so.

I havent had internet access aside from the 3G my phone provides, but the ecrhatv highlights will be up and posted on ecrha.net tomorrow night; most likely at 11pm or so when I get off the plane and back to civilization. I also believe (not positive though) that ecrha gameday may have some of the championship games posted some time this month.

Next year who ever does the weekend recaps should interview coaches/players after the game. Every newspaper/online news source has quotes and i think it would make the recaps a lot better if they had quotes.
Even after a sour loss, make it mandatory for at least the coach/captain to talk to the "press"

That would be awesome. It is all just about having enough staff/enough money to pay staff for those things. Most of the recaps and stuff from this season are from people going above and beyond what is expected of them (not all, but some).

That being said, I really want to get a roundtable up soon for regionals, but haven't even had the time to exchange IM's with Jesse in the past few weeks, they changed my work schedule around and it is stretching me thin right now.

Im sure there are some sports journalists in the ECRHA. I think if we have guys cover divisions they dont compete in it would work. Just something to build a resume
