Good Topic...I am only going to list the players that I have seen THIS year and that have impressed me. I will only list three players per team.
Starting off with the what I believe is the top team in the Ecrha West Chester University.
In no particular order and why : Kevin Keene- great dman stays at home and very agressive in 1 on 1 battles. Always plays his position. Doesnt necessarily put up huge numbers but helps the team alot. Jack Grossman - been watching this kid play since he was a youngin, and coached him once or twice. Very under rated player, puts up a decent amount of points but more importantly ALWAYS makes the right play. Kid sees the rink unbelievably well and is always impressing me with his passing abilities. Jon Lucente- great offensive threat, if he gets the puck within 10 feet of the net its usually going in. Not necessarily great in puck battles or in the defensive zone but a big help to his team nonetheless and puts up points.

For Neumann- I believe to be the 2nd team in the east. Both Aj Ehinger and Jones are the top players on the team. Funny that they are both dmen but these guys move the puck extemely well and can finish it to boot. 2 great players who should be there. I would have Youmans up there but seeing as how he isnt on the team anymore I cant list him.

The last player I have is Culot from hofstra. Slows the game down and is a GREAT passer.

As of now I believe these to be the top players in the ECRHA. I know Its only 6 of them but thats all I have at this point in the season. I know there are many more so lets hear it.

Since it always seems to get into a Neumann v. West Chester discussion on the ECRHA threads I thought I'd throw a couple names into the hat who haven't been mentioned, John Kaszubski and Derek Blatchley of Stony Brook have both had notable seasons as well as Bryan Feiler who is still managing to be an offensive thread on a much weaker Buffalo squad this season. Also keep a watch out for the return of Tyler DaSilva who has always been an impact player for UConn.

Best goalies based on sheer talent regardless of record or statistics have to be Pat Keyes, Mitch Reinhold, and Adam Melillo in that order.

Based off of what Ive seen and I have seen a lot this year. If i was putting a team together (14 players) 3 lines of D and 3 lines of O nd 2 goalies would have to go like this:

From Neumann
Ed Jones
Anthony Ehinger

Hofstra
Chris Culot
Pat Rosa

West Chester
Jon Lucente
Jack Grossman

Uconn
Tyler DaSilva
Nick Tomczyk

Stony Brook
Derek Blacthley
John Kaszubski
Justin Zim

Buffalo
Bryan Feiler

Goalie: Adam Melillo (SBU) or Jared Occhicone (Hof) just based on statistics u cant argue it for both.

Now i know some people will have some problems especiallu with Dasilva and Tomczyk bc theyve only play 4 games but in those 4 games they took a below average UConn team and went 2-1-1 with them in the last tourny. And people who saw them last yr wont disagree. WC and Neumann Kids are obvious. SB kids you just can ignore 1,2, and 3 players on top of the pts list. Hof kids work great together and Buff kid basically does it all on his own so there it is.
