Before everyone jumps on me for posting this here, I have an explanation. THIS IS IMPORTANT!

I recently purchased a helmet from them online. I waited over a week then finally I got home and saw a package sitting on the porch. As I brought it inside it didn't look like a helmet was in it. There was a reason for that whixh i figured out when I opened the package. There was no helmet. But and ice hockey girdle shell size mens XL (Im a medium if anyones x-mas shopping). I have emailed them back and this was their response (by the way my names brett):

bill, send me your complete address so i can lookit up o n the ups computer and make your ordwer right

My guess is he was smashed from the company x-mas party but ill leave that for you to decide. It has been over 60 hours since that reply. I have sent 2 messages in that time. In conclusion I would advise you all not to buy anything from this sight unless you like surprises. Thanx 4 ur time, ill be here all week

Unfortunately, I seem to remember this being a common problem for that site. Just stay away from now on.

a couple other horror stories, when i ordered some mission pro gloves from hockeymonkey they sent me some old ccm gloves. a buddy of mine ordered some skates off hockeygiant and they sent him ones that were two years older than what he paid for. One guy ordered some skates at hockeygiant overnight and a week later they calll him telling him they odnt have it. Finally, the same guy tried some skates from hockeymonkey and they sent him ice instead of roller. Seems to be a common problem eh?

I'm sure screw ups happen with everyone. I will say that I"ve never had a problem with Hockey Monkey and I"ve used them quite a bit.

Is there any problem with epuck or is epuck one of the best to buy from online

Epuck is excellent for service. I don't use them a lot because of their limited selection and their prices are a little higher. But they will bend over backwards to get it right and if they screw up the'll doubly bend over backwards to make it right.

Wow, sounds like something I should try in the privacy of my own home!

ePuck is the best! They might not have every product under the sun, but who does? They have an excellent selection of products, from entry-level to pro-quality. But most important is that their customer service is second to none! It's worth paying $2 more for their superb service!
