Looking for DC Ice and Roller Hockey Leagues

I'm moving to DC in late June and I'm looking for the closest ice and roller hockey leagues to Chinatown in DC. I know Laurel, MD has ice and roller (during the summer) but that's still about 25 miles away. Is there anything closer...and any full year roller hockey rinks around?
