Travel Teams/Competitive Teams NJ?

I have started to play roller hockey and love it. Now I am looking for a travel team. I know most tryouts happened a long time ago and now teams are winding down or starting up. But, please, could anyone help me find the closest travel team/ competitive team to Trenton, NJ. Thanks
Also, my mom and dad are making me play ice hockey because they want to save time on money and traveling... how can i convince them roller hockey is better?
I mean... roller hockey does not need shoulder pads and the pant shell to start off with. And inline wheels are much cheaper than ice skates.

ISCA in NJ has a TORHS tournament coming up this month, they should be able to get you in touch with tournamnet level teams.

Ice Hockey is much more expensive than Roller Hockey. It costs the rinks a lot more to maintain an ice surface than a it does to maintain a plastic floor. Those costs then get passed down to you.
