Hi Chaye,
The only national magazine I'm aware of right now is "Inside Hockey Monthly," which covers both ice and inline hockey. Contact the editor, Tim Meyer, at:

There's also "Surfside Hockey News" and "Hockey & Skating," two regional California magazines that cover both ice and inline hockey.
Contact Surfside's editor Al DiRoberto at:

Contact Hockey & Skating's editor Reggie Winner at:

As for why there isn't a national inline hockey magazine, there are several reasons:
1. Print magazines are extremely expensive to produce, especially full-color glossies. There are paper costs, distribution costs, salaries to pay, etc.
2. Petersen Publishing bought the rights to both Roller Hockey Magazine and InLine Hockey News when those publications were sold or went out of business, respectively. I believe Petersen did that solely to boost their bottom line as they were about to be purchased by E-Map, a publishing company from Great Britain. "Hey, look at all the titles we own; spend a lot of money to buy us!" Of course, many of those titles were simply dropped when E-Map bought the company.
3. The inline hockey industry as a whole does not support its publications. Whether that is due to lack of money or just shortsightedness, I don't know.
4. Many inline hockey players can't read. Just kidding! :)
Sincerely,
Richard Graham
