NCRHA/PIHA insurance

Can anyone tell me if either of the roller hockey insurance options (USA Hockey Insurance and RHA insurance) can be used for both the NCRHA and PIHA? I am being told in ECRHA to get USA insurance, and by my PIHA team to get RHA insurance...I don't want to get both if I don't have to. Thanks.

It is true. Both ncrha and piha are sanctioned by different bodies and carry different insurance. I can only speak for ncrha where you must purchase the usahil membership.
