Southeastern Iowa Inline?

Since the Quad Cities facility in Davenport, Iowa is now operated by the Parks' Department, and they converted one rink to turf, is there presently any inline facility in the Quad Cities' area? Any inline program, perhaps outdoors, even without a formal rink facility?

really appreciate any info on this...
