@Waterboy;
There are indeed both Associations in rinks in Arizona. Included below is a start to your quest.
Inline Hockey Association of Arizona (IHAAZ)
www.IHAAZ.org
Arizona State Sun Devils

The Hockey scene in AZ is also well covered by Arizona Rubber magazine

waterboy,
We have 3 indoor facilities in the Phoenix-metro area
- Barney's Sports Complex in Queen Creek
-Castle Sports Club in Phoenix
- National Youth Sports Center/Rollerplex in Peoria
There are also a few outdoor rinks in town including one in Glendale and another in Anthem.
On top of that there is an indoor facility in Tucson and outdoor rinks in Lake Havasu City, Prescott and Yuma.
For competitive inline hockey, we have two AIHL programs (Phoenix Dragons and Tucson Slayers), collegiate roller hockey with ASU and PVCC and travel programs with the Tour Outcasts, AZ Elite, AZ Stars and Phoenix Jr. Dragons programs. There is also an in-state A/B tournament series and a 10-12 team competitive state-wide high school league.
Hope this helps.
