my memory is very hazy about this, but...
from '93-'96, ESPN was pushing/promo'ing/developing it's format on (then new) ESPN2, and it was hyping RHI as "Xtreme roller hockey," or some such...this looks like some promo item from that era.
that's all I got, and it might be dead wrong. I remember seeing the magazine ads featuring this same graphic waaaay before my local cable area got ESPN2, so I was in the dark even then.
so some guy's cleaning out his closet?
