Middle School Students Skate for Education

A share with you about how one middle school in Detroit Lakes, MN teamed up with a local company to help incorporate inline skating into their PE curriculum for their 600 students. The cost is $9 per student, some of which was paid through donations. “It was such a popular unit with all our kids,” commented teacher Nick Courneya. “From hockey players to beginning skaters — everyone smiled as their skills improved.”
