I am so sorry that I am unable to attend or play in the ECRHA alumni game. I would of loved to have participated in that. Unfortunately, Saturday November 7 is my birthday and I have plans that I can not get out of.

I see the ECRHA is doing well. I do miss it a ton, and I am thrilled it is still running strong. I do keep up with the league since three of my former youth players are playing in the ECRHA, Isaac Snyder from Hofstra, and Jon and Greg Cohen from Penn State.

I will definitely make it up to a tournament later in the season or in the fall.

We actually are still looking for some more players, the interest level is very high, sadly a large amount of people have PIHA/AIHL commitments that day.

If you could not get enough players for this weekend, would you consider slipping it into regionals weekend? I bet some players would be willing to come watch their old school play and do the alumni game.

I'd much rather do it during All Star Weekend or Regionals weekend, but I guess the rink time aspect is the problem

That is correct. This weekend we had the extra rink time so we figured, why not try and get something going.

There are tentative plans to do something at regionals. More information on that once we sit down and figure it out. Based on the emails/facebook messages I have on that the interest level would be very high.
