It really is open right now. There are teams that are still having tryouts and running their camps for the upcomming season.

495ers will have a good squad this season, my guess is that thompson will be back playing with them... plus rumor has it that #88 is coming back... I don't want to spoil the surprise for them by naming him haha they should be real solid again this season.

Steel City is the defending champs so you might as well start with them as the team to beat.
How's that target feel Roux?

We will not know our roster until after our mini-camp on September 12th.
The Cyclones listed their "call backs" in another thread somewhere on IHC.
Most teams in the Mid-Atlantic Division look, on paper, to be improved and add in the New Jersey Grizzlies and your looking at a really strong division with anyone of the teams capable of competing for the Divison and Conference Championship.

Do the teams look the same as last season? Were there any major pick-ups for any team?

I don't think teams are going to release names or rosters until after players have signed contracts.

With Francis and Plaugher in the line up the Savage Wolves will be tough to beat.

I have attended the try outs for 2 of the 3 teams out of Rollin Ice so far in the Pacific North Division and I must say the turn outs have been awesome. We are seeing some different faces, old faces returning to play and new players looking to make a name in the AIHL. With all but 1 team returning and 1 new team from the north east of California things will be heating up soon with 7 Minor teams and 5 Elite teams. I believe we will see a higher caliber of hockey from both divisions from all the talent we have seen so far. Let the games begin and watch out for the Pacific North Teams!

I Parted was with the Wolves after last season. As Far as Francis I'm not sure what he is doing this year.

The Maryland Knights will be releasing their roster by the end of the week. There will be some huge additions to the team and a large number of returning players. The biggest change will be seen with our minor team. We have picked up some players who will make a huge impact in the minor division.
