What are the tie breakers when it come to who gets a buy and what seed they end up?

The NCRHA is unique, in that we do not use straight records and a series of tiebreakers to determine the brackets. The NCRHA holds a seeding meeting, between round robin and the single-elimination brackets. 1-2 representatives per NCRHA member organization are present in those meetings, and their collaboration is what places the teams in the brackets. Also consideration is given to teams that have already played each other in the event, and to teams from the same member organization.
