I'm curious if the NCRHA Nationals (April 2-5) and the regular season schedule for the AIHL's Steel City Phantoms http://www.aihlhockey.com/team.php?team_id=52951&area=schedule will present a problem for Dustin Roux who plays for both Penn State and the Steel City Phantoms? All of the Steel City Phantoms AIHL games that weekend are at home in Pittsburgh. It would be a pretty hard thing to do for anyone if they tried to shuttle between Philadelphia and Pittsburgh.

The reason I ask is, at the ECRHA Regionals, Dustin was a scratch in Saturday's, Penn State vs West Point pool play game http://www.ncrha.org/print_scoresheet.php?game_id=80103 because he had two AIHL games vs the Philadelphia Brawlers. The Steel City Phantoms Sunday AIHL games weren't a problem because Penn State lost in the Quarter-Finals on Saturday night.

Anyone have a clue? I'd hate to see Penn State lose him at such a critical time.

Anyone know if any there are any other players out there playing for either PIHA or AIHL teams that are at the NCRHA Nationals and might have a conflict too?

I know the Keene brothers from our team will not be at our games that weekend. We are actually going to Pitt that weekend to face the Phantoms. So that will definitely be a a couple guys to miss.

No conflicts in Gateway Division. Half of the players play college and Ian Mackie was brilliant enough to realize this beforehand. Good job, Ian.

The Cobras are over half LU/UMSL current players (imagine that) and I'd think we would be foreiting some games if we had conflicts.
