Does anyone know what the format will be like for DII? Past few years it has been just single elimination games? But I know back in the day it used to be round robin style with pools (like ECRHA).

Does anyone know what the format will be like for DII? Past few years it has been just single elimination games? But I know back in the day it used to be round robin style with pools (like ECRHA).

I have heard rumors that on Saturday, teams 8,9,10, & 11 will have a single elimination playoff round for the 8th spot. On Sunday, the top 8 will go single elimination. Should be interesting.

Of course, this is not official...

It's a best-of-three in JC, and a simple four-team single-elimination playoff in DI (although I wish it could be a best-of-seven series spread out over a week between the top two teams in DI :) ).

i don't know about a best of seven. having a best of three on sunday would be cool. i can only watch you guys lose so many times to lu. just kidding. . .

sunday should have a lot of good games though.
