Who cares? Isn't that what the rankings are for. Obviously people are gonna say Lindenwood and UMSL. It's all down to a matter of opinion. You should just be saving this for after nationals because that will be a major determining factor in deciding who the best teams actually are.

Not that statistics are the only criteria for who is a top player, but here are links to the stats pages, nationwide, for each division.

exactly. There are also players who work very hard and are 2 way players that create a lot of scoring chances for the players in those links but never get the shine.

Plus/Minus is the best stat ever to keep track of what players are good and bad....I know tons of guys that can score 3, 4 goals a game but will let up 4 or 5 from turning the puck over, not back checking and taking dumb penalties.

No. There simply isn't the ability staff wise to keep a stat like this. With already tight budgets, it would be irresponsible to spend money on that as well.

Yea plus/minus is a tough stat to keep track of...most refs usually cant get goals and assist's right, I'm not bashing them, it can just get confusing some times....but to keep track of plus/minus you would need a designated, possibly paid, statistician.

Great choices. Those two are excellent all-around players.
Here in the GPCIHL, Jim Dougherty (Truman State) is very similar to those two.

Division 3 I would go with Josh Sammons. The kid is small, but he is a player that other teams have had trouble stopping. Not only goals, but gets the Assists too!
