Question-
I am somewhat confused about the state of the standings for division one. I thought the "make-up" games that were played in Long Island counted as regular season games? I ask this because on the write-up online and it says that UConn has 8 points, but on the website it has us having 12- West Point is finished game wise even though it has three- basically anyone who won a game this past weekend in Long Island (Stony Brook- 1, Rhode Island- 3, UConn- 2) do not seem to be credited with wins in the write up- and one of the Hofstra players mentioned that perhaps the games would not be counted.
What is the deal with this?

This was touched on in another thread. These games were played in place of the interregional games that the ECRHA DI teams were supposed to play. They are being treated like non-conference games that just happened to be played against conference opponents. So the games count when looking at bids to nationals, but not for regional standings. PPS is working on creating a fix for this so that it displays properly.

This was also covered and outlined at the ACC meeting at the beginning of the season - each DI team was left 3 open slots for interregional games over the course of the season. The teams unable to fill those by traveling out of region or to an interregional event got those games in on LI.
