Why doesn't Rat Cast Radio have their own page on the AIHL site to post their "This week in the AIHL" show?

Its a great show and it should on the front page of the AIHL site with it's own button at the top....or even just put it under the Multimedia section that has been empty all year.

I'm not saying this because I'm not impressed with the AIHL site and it's content...I think the site looks incredible. I was on the phone with a guy who is mainly into ice hockey and after looking at the site for the first time, he couldn't believe that players didn't get paid due to the profesionalism of the site.

Anyway, the site looks great and the Rat Cast guys do a great job and even being from and playing for Boston they stay very unbiased when doing recaps and such...therefore it should be a big part of the AIHL site.

Thanks for the kind words Jack.

Dave and I both thoroughly enjoy the show and everything that goes along with it. I do have to say that this show is an offshoot of something that my partner did a couple of years ago with a local league that he runs, so the blueprint for this type of show has been in place for a while. He is also in complete charge of all of the technical aspects of the show. Simply put, he makes it easy for me to do my job.

My area of expertise (and I use that term very loosely ) is in my preparation and organizational skills, as well as my overall familiarity with a lot of the people within the league. Additionally, my job is made easier by the teams entering their scoresheets in a timely manner so that I can gather the necessary material to give accurate game recaps, complete with stars of the game and statistical facts.

I do know that Ryan Lair and Jim Miller are working on having a dedicated area on the website for the show, so I'm certain that it will be that much easier to find the show in the very near future. That being the case, I think it's about time that we come up with some kind of logo for the show. If any of the listeners would like to submit a logo, we would definitely appreciate it.

We are also interested in conducting interviews with players, coaches, and other other league or organizational staff members around the league as well as getting as many show promos as possible. They can be done either in person or by phone, so please feel free to contact either Dave or myself if you would like to be a part of the show.

Until then, please keep listening and keep those comments and suggestions coming, be it positive or negative. We are always open to any kind of criticism, as long as it's constructive.
