NYR, yes, Vinny is one of our sleeper defensive. He is a senior playing his first year of college hockey, and he is a great asset for our defense; he is best at creating scoring chances by sending shots on net from the point (he must watch a lot of the Florida Panthers ;)).

For the BEST defenseman, D1 and D2, I would say Kotcher. Kotcher can control it like none other, and make the other team play to his pace. Kotcher is also great offensively, and can easily carry it end to end for a scoring chance.
