whats the deal with ramapo?

The schedule came out for the november 8th-9th weekend and it has Ramapo playin some games. I heard that they moved down to a different division. I know we play them (Albany)...does this mean that is a forfeit or that game wont be played? What is the deal?

They had decided to move to D3 prior to the season and then changed their mind and decided to stay in D2. They are normal regular season games.
