What will the difference exactly be between Minor (16+) and AAA (16+)?

It is like Pro=Platinum, Minor=Gold, and AAA=Silver. The AAA only play 16 games and pay less, but can still move up.

You know the answer, smart guy. I'll be there with my video camera. My brother and I are in charge of the Cobras this season. I'll be sure to draft a huge goon just for you, for whenever you come out of the closet. :)

The first two nights of tryouts were huge. The new faces makes it all worth while...two more tryouts to go.

We've had over 100 players try out (16 goaltenders). Tonight will hopefully be the biggest yet.
I believe the draft is scheduled for tomorrow.

Last night capped what can only be termed as hugely successful tryouts for piha gateway. This is going to be a great year as over 150 players showed up for spots on the 4 teams in our division. Cuts will be hard.
Thanks to all for making this pre-season start out with a bang!!!

Roller hockey is like a flippin' preschool nursery. Whine whine whine whine whine.
I overheard a very wise man remark last night that "everyone wants to tell the farmer how to run the (expletive) farm." How true that is. Everyone thinks they know better.
It is also unfortunate (and really an embarrassment) that some people make demands like "I'll play for anyone but team x" for reasons other than geography...as if they're special or something. If you have an issue with a particular team/rink/coach, communicate, talk it out, and come to an understanding. Cliques are for teenage girls. It's impossible to have an open draft because of the cacophony of whining.
All that aside, it looks like the talent of PIHA Gateway continues to be as strong as any league in the country. It's going to be a great season.

James, did I miss the other part of the conversation or are you talking to yourself? Just wondering because I am confused.
Thanks for stepping up with your brother and making the Cobras into something that people WILL want to play for.
It's impossible to have an open draft because of the cacophony of whining.
Had the same problem last year in the Southwest, looked at having open draft of 2 Phoenix franchises and didn't work for the same reasons. Certain people never want to play with certain others.

Draft is done at the end of next week. We will announce early next week how they will be presented...we will either have a draft party or individual team party. That has not been set yet. Stay tuned.

If the leage doesnt have a draft party, I can say for a fact that the Cobras will for sure.
I am excited to get the ball rolling for St. Louis.
This is going to be a great season.
