I know everyone is jazzed about the upcoming season, any preseason predicitions/rankings out there for the B division teams?

I'm going to go out on a limb and pick Lindenwood B to win the national championship...you heard it here first...

i would probably say lindenwood b team because there always stacked...but you never know. i konw mizzou's bteam tied them last year and umsl's bteam beat them by 1. so anything can happen

UMSL's B team beat LU Gold (their top B team) by 3....7-4:

oh i thought there top team was black, because thats the team that went to nationals...

Gold lost to Black last year at regionals. Black got an auto bid to nationals as a regional champ. Each school can only send one B team. Thats why Black went and not Gold. I had played against both teams two years ago, and no offense to the Black team, but the Gold was much better back then. Not sure how it is now, but thats how it was 2 years ago.

I am pretty sure that Lindenwood just moves everyone to one team for the national tournament anyway. So as long as one B-team makes it...

Any team can merge players from both B teams if they earn a Nationals Bid, not just LU. That is allowed according to the NCRHA rules.

Wow! I'm glad you are. I dont think Ian was taking a shot at you. I think he was just stating a point so people dont look st LU as if they are cheating.

I think that our b team should be very good this year. We should compete with LU all year for sure. I expect a lot from our guys. We have some great young players who should compete for d1 spots who will probably play b the first weekend.

It's a good problem to have when your top 5 b guys could play d1.
