NCRHA rules state a player must dress a minimum of six games to be eligible for postseason play. Short of that, you can add a player to you season/event roster at any time.

The only restriction regionally would concern how close to an event you can add a player (this is purely for paperwork and enrollment verification reasons). ECRHA has no such restriction.

I. Master Rosters
i. All clubs shall list every fully-registered player and all bench staff from their program on their master roster.
ii. Master rosters may contain multiple teams and therefore are unlimited in maximum size.
iii. Master rosters are submitted to NCRHA once per semester.
iv. Once a master roster is frozen, no changes will be permitted until the next open roster period. Open roster periods are:
a) First Semester: September 1st to November 1st.
b) Second Semester: January 1st to February 15th.
