New teams joining Great Plains Division I

My understanding is that Vatterott college and the university of Phoenix online have both agreed to join the Great Plains Division I to end any concern over the shortage of teams. Apparently, both will be giving out scholar.... I'm sorry I mean grants. There I smacked myself.
