I wonder when the block schedule will be posted for San Jose, CA.

The end of the window to purchase "reasonable" airlines tickets draws closer and closer with each passing day.

Hey Nanette -

I'm sure, if Daryn knew the answer, it would be posted on www.narch.com for all to see. Sure wouldn't be right for me to know and not everyone else. Daryn's pretty fair about that kind of stuff. But, there's no telling if IKE throws a wrinkle into ticket pricing.

So, I'll just wait like everyone else and pull the trigger, on airline tickets, when the time comes, which will probably be sooner than later. I'll keep my fingers crossed that the Continental $380 air fare holds till then. If the price skyrockets - oh well then, no NARCh Winters this year.

San Jose was a great place for the 2008 Summer Finals, and it should be a great Winternationals in 2009.

EDIT PS - Last year in Irvine, which is also a 3 rink facility, Jr's ran from Saturday to Monday.

Exactly! So as soon as it's available - we'll ALL know!

I know you guys probably have your sights set on San Jose but if it doesn't work out for you, hope to see you at NARCh Winters East Coast at Skatesafe which was awesome last year!

Unfortunately, February doesn't work out for a lot of guys that are back in college. (Adults - maybe, Juniors - logistical conflicts)

We went to Skate Safe last year for Winternationals, to watch since we were in the area for an ECRHA event, and it was a blast. Pro - Snipers vs Pama was a must see.
