On Saturday, September 13th from 2:00 PM until 6:00 PM the Yorkville Youth Athletic Association's kids roller hockey program will have its Fall 2008 Opening Day at the Stanley Isaacs Park rink at 96th Street and First Avenue on the Upper East Side of Manhattan. The Manhattan Roller Hockey League has offered to have its officials and players run a clinic for YYAA players and USA Hockey InLine will also have a representative at the rink.
The MRHL and YYAA will be working together to foster roller hockey among NYC children and this will be our first program with the kids. If anyone knows of New York City boys or girls in grades 1 through 6 looking to join a roller hockey program you should steer their parents or guardians to the YYAA application form at this link:
