The El Paso site looks nice. I would cut down the size of the header though. Too high. Nice design...just too high. It takes up almost half of the screen.

The Syndicate site looks nice too, even though it is just an opening page at the moment. Seems to have a nice theme going so far...

Great work with the website. Just make sure that whoever is posting content is double-checking their spelling and grammar. These mistakes lower the credibility and impact of your site.

Other than that, the site looks great. Visually, it is very impressive. Well done.
