Hi All,
It has been quite a while since I last posted on here ( sorry RG, just been busy with school and life outside of the roller hockey world). I am sad to hear that the teams were upset with PIHA's administration, and their lack of accountability with their funds. From an outsider's point of view, it seemed like a lot of money just to play a season there. The last PIHA game I played in was with Pittsburgh, and we didnt make the playoffs lol. I wish the AIHL the best of luck, and hope the league is about the players, not the board members. I am helping Bill Raue out this weekend with his MLRH festival in Laurel, Maryland. The facility appears to be top notch, and am hoping that the team that I play with can do well against everyone ( thank you sherwood for all your help). I am not sure what will be after this weekend, but if you do see me, please say hello. I am not looking to compete against PIHA or AIHL, just want to put together good teams and have good competition. In this expensive world, I am hoping that teams can pay a minimal fee in addition to the gas/hotel expenses that they may incur traveling for games. If you are interested about information for this weekend, send me an email or go to the mlrh website. Hope everyone's summer is going well...

Good to see some interest about this weekend. I know we are all very excited about playing against some top talent with full checking. What team are you playing for?

Have they announced the rosters for some of the teams playing there? Who's playing for Boston, Washington, Michigan, and Chicago?

I'm excited to see what they put together this weekend.

Best of luck to everyone.

Not sure the official roster for the Washington Power but its looking like a compilation of the Maryland Knights, Richmond Robins, and Potomac Mavericks PIHA teams.

I know alot of the Knights and Mavericks are ice hockey players (AAA+) who monopolize on the hitting, and the alot of the Knights are also the old MLRH MD Crush squad, so this ought to be a great MLRH team. Any idea on who the goalie for Power is going to be? I think that is key.

The great state of Michigan (my home state), always put together a solid team. The Michigan/Maryland finals last year was played with heart, determination, right down to the final seconds. Good luck guys!

Hey Billy,

I won't be playing, but come by wherever Bill has set me up and introduce yourself. I always enjoy meeting Inline Hockey Central readers.

I think a few of the local guys are putting a team into the elite division. I think it will be some bullets guys combined with another local team called the hitmen. are any pro teams also playing elite or can you only do one division?
