rink rat hornets and some abec 9s, cant go wrong there. and no matter what wheel you end up going with don't expect them to last long just because they are $10 each. all high end wheels i have tried are amazing when they are brand new(this is why they are $10), but break down pretty quick if you are skating hard. I could justify buying a new set of wheels for every tournament.

Im a big fan of the rink rat hot shot. I also like the revision variants. The revisions are more pricey. As far as bearings, BSB makes the best in my opinion. Id go with abec 7 or 9.

Rink Rat Hot Shots and MB816s have performed well for me. I've also read good things about Revision Variants and the skates I just purchased came with those, however; I haven't had a chance to skate with them yet so I can only go by what I've read.
As far as bearings go I usually just get whatever is cheap or on special. If they aren't spinning well I try to clean them and if that's not working or I get too lazy I pick up a new set. I've had some higher end bearings that have come with the skates I've bought and haven't really noticed a big difference skating with those vs the cheapies. Getting something with a removable cover makes them easier to clean though.
