View Full Version : Jersey Design Process?

Hey all, looking for some input, particularly from the guys who have helped design/had a design done/purchased custom jerseys from one of the many suppliers out there.
Looking for somewhere to do a sub-dye job..... ProJoy, ACE, whoever.... I've not personally dealt with anyone doing this before, but I've got a pretty good idea (after looking around) of where to begin.
What's a good price to pay for a full-custom jersey? I know Pro Stock ones run around $40 a piece, and I can only imagine that custom ones probably go at about $90 a pop?
Eventually planning to outfit an entire team, just trying to get some info/personal experiences with the different companies before I go and lay down any cash....
Thanks in advance.

I've checked out their jersey design stuff, it looks pretty good.
The ACE jerseys, what kind of material are they made out of? That's one of the big things I was wondering about them.... they more on the ProJoy side? Or CCM/NHL style? Tour (bigger holes)
It gets pretty hot here in Vegas during the summertime ;) Want to make sure I'm not going to sweat any more than I do already :p

There are a couple teams in vegas that wear ace.
The sin city snipers
UNLV NCRHA team
Sam Huston University NCRHA
The PIHA teams in the south west division all wear ace jerseys
these are all teams that play in very hot climates.
Our team in El Paso uses the and we never over heat in the ace jerseys and Pants.
I dont think you have to look much further than Ace

Awesome, thanks! :)
I wasn't sure if the UNLV team wore ACE or not, as I've seen them before but not close enough to tell.

ace jerseys are the way to go for sure. MY bullets team picked up new jerseys from them last season. Not only did they rush our order to make sure we had the new jerseys for Junior Olympics but they did a fantastic job with design.
As far as material I believe ace has an option for a lightweight mesh material to be used on the sides of the jerseys under the sleeves. This material is great when dealing with the heat.
