I had my leg extended and a player fell on top of me (completely accidential) and the knee popped out of place. This is the 2nd time I have had this injury. Last time is was just a strain of the medial miniscus and I am hoping for the same. Right now it is pretty sore, but I am able to walk around.

If anyone has any advice it would be much appreciated.

I am going to rest and ice it and try to get another MRI as soon as possible.

Just had ACL surgery Friday on my left knee. It ain't fun!
