Okay so i need some ideas for a new set of wheels i dont care what brand i just need something good like top of the line or pretty close or just what you guys reccomend. I am always wearing skates so I need something durable for tournaments, practices, and the occasional outside street (just to get inside the rink, not for street hockey). So what do you guys think?

get sets to suit the surfaces you'll be skating on - if you skate on a bunch of surfaces with different requirements you use different wheels.
Take your skates off rather than wearing them on the street.

I agree with the recommendation to get multiple sets. You definitely don't want to use expensive indoor wheels outdoors. For outdoors I'd just get the cheapest wheels you can find that come in a hard durometer like 82a or 84a. For Sport Court I'd get a good set of indoor wheels - I've found Rink Rat Wheels to perform well (Hornets and MB816s are top of the line and Hot Shots are second from the top, but perform really well). I've also read a lot of good things about Revision wheels, but haven't tried them myself yet. You'll want to get the right durometer for your weight...the Revision Hockey site has a good wheel matrix to help you with that.

for indoor wheels i really like the new hyper trinitys. I used rink rats before these and never had any problems but I like the feel of the hypers a little more

I had cracking problems with the rink rat hubs (if it wasn't for that they were excellent), hyper trinity's are awesome - except the flex core ones, I hated those, every set I tried was very slippery and slow.
Labeda dynasty are quite nice - they feel like teh good hyper trinity/duality, fast and grippy
