From the 2008 Opperating Manual:

The prospects showcase and combine will take place at our League Finals on 21,22 & 23 June 2008. The showcase will be a series of games for players that were born in 1993 & 1994 only. This series will showcase the talents of these players for scouts from PIHA teams throughout the country. The combine will take place on Saturday evening 21 Jun 2008, at the League Finals. The combine, a number of individual skills events, will be for selected players from the showcase that were born in 1993 only.

Following that will be the draft:

2009 Draft - The 2009 draft will be three rounds and is for players born in 1993 only. The first round will take place at the League Finals on Sunday 23 Jun 2008 at Noon. Only players that are present will be selected in the first round. Rounds two and three will take place on the PIHA website immediately following the first round. Team representatives must have an official team jersey with them for the draft selections.
