This years spring ACC meeting will be held Saturday March 29th at the Sportsplex in Feasterville. The Meeting will start at Noon and should end around 5pm. This meeting is mandatory for all clubs. The agenda will include, BOD nominations and elections, team deposits, scheduling, division and conference structure and cross regional play. Please make sure whoever is running your club next year attends this meeting.
If your club needs a hotel room/s, we need to know by March 15th. For clubs traveling more than 250 mile one way, the ECRHA will provide one bed for Friday night. For clubs traveling more than 500 miles one way, the ECRHA will provide one bed for Friday and Saturday night.
Remember, this is your league! If you don’t show up, you can’t voice your opinion! See you there.
