i dont know if you can put two up there, but...i had to...

"Here is the only known photo of the original 'great one' of the LA Kings. Who had fallen into the shadows of Wayne Gretzky, and has since been known to be sitting infront of a computer screen 23 hours a day munching on cheetos and laughing at the expense of hockey players around the world."

by the way, if i could get a signed copy, it'd be an honor

"Inline Hockey Central's Richard Graham; 10 years of selling Roller Hockey to the World...from the Great Wall to the Great One and everywhere in between."

Now, my joke answer...

"Richard Graham skates the Great Wall in the 1990's looking like Doug Jones of today; Tight jeans, Kings Sweater, and the perfect mullet."

Ian,

At least you got the decade right. This photo was taken in May 1990 when I traveled to China to cover the Beijing International Triathlon for Triathlete magazine. Anyone who can see a mullet from that distance or tell that the jeans were tight (I was simply in amazing shape back in the day. Is that my fault?), has taken too many pucks to the cranium.

I'm taking my puck and going home.

Hi Tom,

Sure, no rule against posting twice on this. For your information, I do spend way too much time staring at a laptop, and I blame all you IHC spammer mofos for that. ;)

I also like Cheetohs very much, and that reminds me of a hilarious joke that can't be told here. (Damn this PG world!)

"by the way, if i could get a signed copy, it'd be an honor."

I'm sorry, those tight jeans were thrown out years ago, and if you're talking about the Wayne Gretzky jersey I proudly wore, that's already got a signature on it. What the hell ARE you talking about? ;)

Dear Mr. Graham,

Please be advised that my legal counsel will be in touch with your legal counsel as pertaining to a suit for copyright infringement.

Hi Bill,

That's funny. Glad you're too late. ;)

I wouldn't mind being sued by Barry Melrose. I've got nothing to lose, and he's the only coach to ever take the Los Angeles Kings to the Stanley Cup Finals. I still say Guy Charbonneau closed his hand on the puck in the crease in a critical game... :(
