League Contracts with Rink Operators?

Are you a league director or official having successfully executed a contract with a rink operator(s) for your league? If so, I am seeking to learn more about negotiating and contracting with area facilities for their hosting of our area's high school roller hockey league based on your valuable experience!

If you can, please help with your suggestions and/or agreement template.
