View Full Version : Dave Alvarez Looking for a team!

I will probably be moving to Holbrook NY, and I do not know the area or whats around there.
I would like to be part of a team but I don't know what team would be close...
Just to let you know I am not a fourth liner or minor team quality......
Thanks

I'm assuming you mean Holbrook. If so, the LI 495ers are the PIHA team on Long Island, but you'd probably have to wait until next season and go to tryouts. There's a ton of inline rinks around there tho, so there's plenty of leagues to play in in the mean time.

WoW i guess he is just that good at roller hockey where he doesnt have to Tryout anymore sign this guy up for the Rangers or Devils if he is moving to that area.

No offense, but it sounds like your gonna be a free agent for quite a while with that type of statement. There are hoops that pretty much everyone has to jump through to play in PIHA. I can tell you that guys like John Pinheiro, Sean Sullivan, Greg Thompson, Brian Yingling (AKA... the elite player in the league) all have to go through a tryout to get onto a team. Now I'm not saying that it isnt just a formality, because for guys like that Im sure it is, but they still show up.
Alvare71
01-07-2008, 11:46 AM
Elite to PIHA standards, You forget that there has been leagues before and more to come. And yes I will not try out and yes those guys show up to show up.
I know how leagues are ran, Now don't get offended because I said I wasn't going to try out.
And yes Charlie does know me really good and come on guys stop taking this to far.
Alvare71
01-07-2008, 11:59 AM
I forgot how mature some of PIHA players are..........Dont get mad because I have high standards, Because when I join a team I bring alot to the team......
So you guys, go ahead and make your stupid commits and tell me why I don't know who you are......who are you?
You guys are kids, so I don't want you to forget that!!!!!

When I play against you TJ you will know who I am.
And the reason why, (Now pay attention) is that I am not from NY and do not know the area.....
Oh ya I forgot, YOU did not skate in the 2003 all star game with Yoder or Yingling. You act like I have not skated with those guys. Grow up

My comments were meant as a suggestion and after re-reading what i wrote I guess I should have written it differently. I didnt want it to turn into a forum war about it, again it was just a suggestion that if your looking for a team to pick you up... take TJ's comments and put them to practical use. I know you only by your posts on IHC and I suggest that if I dont know you up here, not many other people will either. So if you think a post on IHC stating that you are more than a minor leaguer or fourth line player, is going to land you on a pro team in the most talented divisions in the league, you should re-think your stategy. The league always need more talent and I absolutely do not want to discourage anyone from playing, but don't disrespect the system by thinking your better then it.

I don't think teams can add players to their roster this late into the season.
GROWL
01-07-2008, 12:29 PM
You can add players to your roster, as long as your are under the 34 player limit. However any player added to a teams roster must still make the league minimum 20 games to be playoff eligable. You can not drop players that have played games until the league add/drop date.

Dave listen man i dont have to sit here and defend myself cause the hockey community knows me and what i have done playing roller alright and yes i did play in the All Star game back in 2005 the second seaosn i was in piha and dude honestly i made why cause i went to a tryout and busted my butt by playing. Not by getting a free ride to some team just becaus they are You Cowboy. so keep threatening me its awsome i love it and by the way i dont Remember seeing you at the all star game in 2005.

Listen guys, if you met me and knew me, we would be having a totally different conversation.
The reason why I am not out in PA anymore is that I came back out here to Cali where I was borned and raised.
I was taking care of my father who died in August of cancer.
I was back east for 10 years and with the typhoon orginization when I left, They still have my uniform.
I am not going to argue with you guys I really don't want to.

Well I am not looking for an arguement. Like I said in my last message, if you are as good as you say you are, we want you in the league. I just suggest a different method of trying to get on a team.
As an owner I look at your statement and this is how i interpret it:
Player who thinks highly of himself and feels he is above minors, fourth line, and tryouts... Usually the same sort of player who thinks he is also above the rest of the rules. Will show up to the games he wants, wont show up to practice. A lot of teams have a significant fee to play, and will likely be above that as well.
I'm not saying that is who you are Dave. I'm merely saying that until I know who you are, that is how Im going to classify you. Because the only information you've given me has led me to this conclusion, because you've given me no other choice I would suggest that most owners are going to make the same conclusions. Thus why we put up hurdles, even for good players, to see that they are willing to jump through them. If your not going to do one think, then why do we think you'll do the next when asked.
Alvare71
01-07-2008, 01:10 PM
Just to set the record straight I did not get cut, me and Eddie Dingles said forget that we are not driving 4 hours to play with half the guys we did not even like........
Your owners loved us and wanted us to stay....
Alvare71
01-07-2008, 01:15 PM
Ok Growl,
I know you don't know me. All I am saying is that all the guys I know including me haven't tried out in years.
Its all for show and owners, coaches take these players money and act like they have a chance to make the team./I have done it myself.
But now there are minor teams to where you can generate revenue every year without losing players that were cut the year before.
So I am not massaging my ego, I just know that I am not paying 40 or 50 or 80 to help a team win.
Its my money right and if you know the system use it.

dude you crack me thanks for keeping me amused at work i love it . you sit here and talk all this smack about u being so great and so good dude your not CJ yoder or Sean Sullivan or Brian Yingling. If you were so good you wouldnt be on here begging to get a team headling your name to get on a team and you dont Tryouts who do you think you are the Allen Iverson of PIHA? sorry pal your not that person. Secondly i was apart of a great organization with the Werewolves and still speak to those guys all the time and Troho hand pick his team and made a great team out of that and you didnt make the team cause you were cut my friend. if you were truly that great and a all star you would have been playing for the Growl cause flynn runs thisngs great over there and has great players on his team. Or you would be playing for awsome teams liek the mudcats or pama or the snipers and i never seen you at Tournys playing for them. also i love the fact that you threaten me on IHC what class you have. Keep up the work you migh find a team somewhere check your locals rinks maybe they are looking for a All Star Calibar Piha player.

First of all I would like to apoligize for me acting very immature.
I have skated with alot of guys in my 13+ years in roller hockey and have put blood, sweat and tears into this game.
I am not a selfish person and any team That I hosted in 2003 knows how I treat players and teams with respect...
Now if you are a player and we are battling on the rink well, you are going to get my mean side.
All this post was to find me a team to play the sport I love.....
I am not better than anybody, I just took a different path as far as this sport...
Alot of guys were not around when RHI and CIHL and even MLRH, So you don't know what I have been through and I will tell you what its alot easier to get a tryout now than it was back then.

You know tj I remember that you were crying the other day about not getting your right jersey number....
Well a player that only scores 6 points in six games well , Do you really deserve a numbered jersey...
And yes Troho is a great player and coach...but what you don't know you really should not talk about.
Your just a kid and I want you to know that..
I do not want to be CJ or Brian or anyone else in the league.....
You have never ran anything in your life, I don't even know why I am talking to you....I must be sick.

Help me understand this statement
"So I am not massaging my ego, I just know that I am not paying 40 or 50 or 80 to help a team win.
Its my money right and if you know the system use it."
The only way your throwing that money away is if you get cut at tryouts. But if your a quality player, this shouldn't be a concern correct?

Do you remember when the teams in PIHA were supposed to be sponsered by a hockey compay and were named after them..
Like my team the Labeda vipers....
Do you know we did not get one dime let alone wheels not even a sticker....
And yes I know how much it is to run a team, That if you are picking up every expense. and if you do you are one of the few that actually do it.
And I am not worried about 80 or 1000, I would probably spend that on our bar tab.

I'm no financial genius, as Experian, Trans Union, and Equifax often remind me of, but wouldn't it be cheaper to just pay the $50-80 and go to tryouts, rather than donating the profits of your camp???
Looking forward to what tourney, PIHA, or MLRH(haha) team picks you up. As they say, the proof is in the puddin'.

Hey, in August please please please please come to the tryouts for the Lunatics. No charge to YOU only!!! We honestly have been looking for you to come to us for a very long time and dont know how we or PIHA has ever survived without you. Without your talent everyone league wide has been suffering. So bring your 13 years of experience in defunct hockey leagues to guide us, teach us, and help us become a better more talented team. I will need some details before you arrive:
1. Will the limo need access for your wheel chair?
2. Will we need to have a defibulator for the bench?
3. Would you like your own lockerroom, seperate from the team to fit your head?

OK NOW IM OFFICIALLY UPSET!!!!
First of all, your response to Hystyk28 is about the most uninformed one of all time. That happens to be Dave Rockhill, who owned and ran the Harrisburg Lunatics from 2002-2004. I don't need to list off the accomplishments of that organization, I'll just point out that perhaps he has run a team and is perfectly qualified to post on this topic.
I do vaguly remember you know. You ran the team in 2004 out of Frederick and I believe they got bomber in every game. I also remember reports of huge fights down there all the time.
I believe us kids (Dave and I) have helped advance PIHA to a place that this sport has never been. What was your contribution? Is Dave just your pen name, is this really Todd Melton or Darryn Goodwin? Please your only making an ass out of yourself.
PS... Richard, we are no longer friends if you delete this post. hahaha

It has been very interesting to read this thread..
Interesting comebacks you make. I like the most recent where you get mad so you criticize scorekeepers. Ouch!
You keep talking like you know everyone and everyone should worship you. It seems like no one even knows who you are. Oh wait, you know Richard and some other founders, so what? Not everything is based off who you know or what you did 10 years ago. Everyone reading this post now knows you as a pain and it is your own fault.
If you want to give back to the sport you love, then stop trashing it by making these idiotic posts. These boards are great, but then you come on and stir the pot for no reason. If you want to get on a team, then email the contacts on the piha website. If that is too much to ask, then just post on these boards that you are looking for a team, but there is no need to add in extra comments about being above a tryout.
I don't understand you. A lot of the people who are responding to your posts are important people in today's roller hockey world (not the days when you were apparently the man). If you want respect, then you have to give it as well. These people may be kids to you, but they are the ones running the league you want to play in.

Again, I was trying to be diplomatic and give you a bit of advice. Your apparently above that. If I happen to be to younger then you at 30 years old and you can't take a bit of advice from someone younger then you, then I'm sorry for your short comings. I have run a team in this league longer then anyone else and I still share ideas and take advice from the other owners around this league. Dave Garland is like 23 and I'd pay to sit in a room with him for advice on how to market my team and this league better.
Tell me another Pro team owner that has run a team for 6 straight years in any of these leagues and whose loyalty to his team and league has been as dedicated as mine.
You've made this a personal battle, instead of what it was supposed to be; About you looking for a team to play on. Your antics here have now labeled you an outcast and I doubt you've helped your actual cause any.
By the way. I want to let everyone know that I am interested in becoming President of the United States. I have no interest in the Vice Presidency, Congress, or Local politics however. I assure you I am pleanty qualified, as i watched CNN twice a week back in the mid-90s! I will also not be campaigning, as I believe I am above an election. So if everyone doesn't mind I will just show up on Inauguration Day. Thanks!

Chew on that.
So you want to get in this league, yet you make fun of it? The stats look pretty accurate on the PIHA site to me, OH YEAH because as annoying as Flynn is :D he does his job like all the other teams this season.
If this is all so called Pro and such a crappy league, then why do you want to play?
I remember you from Wolves camp, got laid out all over the floor and cut. In fact, those tryouts are still joked about by all of us STILL ON THAT TEAM. So i do not know how much they love you, since too many laughs have been made at your expense.
So you don't tryout anywhere? Can't deal with being cut again? Long ride home with disappointment? If you want to help out the league so much, then by all means start your so cal division. I would love to see you try and make a team out there, im sure the Pama guys are looking to pick up a guy haha
for real, you know nothing of what The PIHA is and you represent the people that at least my self doesnt want in this league. I am inviting you to the Growls tryouts already for next season because that would be more then fun, apparently we have been waiting forever for such a great player. Yippee you played in the All Star game in 03. The league had like 7 teams then. This year would be a bit different bud. So maybe time to rethink what you are looking to accomplish by posting a washed-up name in a public message board.

I need to see a counsler now, How can I live anymore I am not a man...
and if you don't like this one, your mom has my other recipe.
Here is your recipe:
4 eggs
2 cups milk
1 cup white sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
4 cups cubed French bread
2 bananas, sliced
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
In a large mixing bowl, mix eggs, milk, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Stir in bread, bananas, and chocolate chips, and let rest 5 minutes for bread to soak. Pour into prepared pan.
Line a roasting pan with a damp kitchen towel. Place loaf pan on towel inside roasting pan, and place roasting pan on oven rack. Fill roasting pan with water to reach halfway up the sides of the loaf pan. Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour, or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.

Great Post Flynn ! Can I be your campaign manager? I've already started your innauguration speech-It's a rough copy: It goes a little something like this:
Ladies and Gentlemen of America, even though you don't know my name, who I am, or can even recognize me in a small crowd; I would like to inform you all that I'm now the President of the United States of America. I know the voting process hasn't ceased and my name isn't actually on the ballot. I am, however, former President of the yearbook committee in Junior High School back in 1982 and a state renowned Author of Kansas City bestseller "Ignorance is Virtue." I've decided to just sware myself in this evening on this here national forum. The other presidential candidates (who we all know are certainly qualified in all aspects of this political race) have actually welcomed my presidency with open arms and have decided that voting will be uneccessary. I would like to thank them on behalf of the United States for giving it their best shot. They obviously know leadership when they see it.
The American people are baffled to the change we celebrate today. You have raised your voices in an unmistakable chorus. You have cast your votes in historic numbers. You have changed the face of Congress, the Presidency, the political process itself. Yes, you, my fellow Americans, have forced the spring. Now, we must do the work that the season demands.
At this point and time I would like to appoint SpongeBob Square Pants as my Vice President and declare war on world leader Borat and his small poverty-stricken country of Khazakstan.
Thank you and God Bless.
I'm sure there are plenty of players across the league who don't try out year after year, I know the gateway division is horriable at adding players who were no where to be found at try outs but some how showed up at games?
No I don't know this guy and could careless but him stating that players do get added with out trying out is absolutly true, ask Dave Garland himself about the Gateway Division.
Dave Garland
01-08-2008, 12:26 AM
Not sure how Gateway got involved (thanks for the kind words Flynner). To ISFN:
In terms of adding players we have very strict rules and all players pay a tryout fee. AAA players can be added on a need-basis based on the approval of the league.
In addition, after the draft, if a team lost a top 6 Pro player between the Draft date (mid-November) and start of the season (December 1st) they were allowed to pick up a player with the approval of all team owners.
Example: Phil Maroon was drafted by the Snipers but notified the league in November he would not be able to play. He was replaced by PJ Tallo.
No one and I mean no one can just show up at games. We have a system. If a player missed tryouts, they are added to a computer waiting list we have and if a spot opens up (meaning another player drops out before the Free Agent Deadline in January they have a chance to be added). No players have been added to any team here since December 1st with the exception of AAA.
PS I don't think this thread is really about "trying out" vs. "not trying out" ...but it is entertaining!

I wasn't attacking you personally in my initial post, I was simply stating, that if you are such an undeniable addition to any team, then most certainly, without a doubt, tryout or no tryout you will find and keep a roster spot in any of the leagues mentioned. First off, I am too sorry that I was at Torhs this weekend while this debate was going on.... That's what I get for not bringing the laptop.... this issue is one of the funniest ever so here's my over the line 2 cents....
Hahaha
I love the title of this THread "Dave Alvarez Looking for a team!" As if there's gonna be a bidding war among owners to get this guy.

Dave,
Last I checked, house leagues dont have try outs.. I am sure you can find something (good luck)..
As for the disrespect people, there is no need for it. Although this was a funny thread, there is always a place for people who are above the 'rules', the bleachers or stands (whatever you call them). As for the disrespect, well I say leave the trash talking on the rink.

Ok, Now I am confused, This Alvarez guy comes on here, tries to make fun of TJ Plaugher for scoring 6 points in 6 games. Well, I did a little research, Dave Alvarez did play pro rollerhockey, one game in 1998 for the Washington Power. 1 game and NO POINTS.
Last time I checked, a point per game average was a hell of alot better then 0 points per game average!!

i dont know the guy, nor most of you for that matter. I was just curious how he could be so good, or be a former Typhoon player as he states, and have no one on here know who he is? we have young, old, new schoo, old school....if he was that caliber, some one on here would be backing him up and confirming his credibility.
and even if he were the best player in PIHA, the attitude alone makes him a douche.

When I first saw the title of this post, I ignored it knowing that Dave is out in Cali.
But once I saw all the posts, I had to see what everyone was talking about.
I do know Dave, I knew him from the DC Power/Voltage and early PIHA days before he moved back home.
Dave, I dont know what your thoughts of the PIHA are, but I will tell you that the game is fast, skilled, and all around great hockey. I think you made the mistake of saying that you wouldnt try out for a team, yet expect to play. I am not going to comment on your skills (or anyone elses for that matter), but the majority of the teams now on the East, you would have a tough time cracking the rosters. I dont think that I would even make my own top two lines if I decided to play. I still need to drop about 40 lbs before I play again, thats how good the league is.
I think we ALL can agree to stop with the "What I have done(s)" and lets try to focus on "What we are doing and going to do" in this sport that we all love.

I am not sure what everyone is arguing about and I don't really feel like reading through all this.
Most competitive teams in any sport hold a tryout. The best players still show up and tryout, even if it is somewhat of a formality. If you can avoid tryouts and get placed on a roster then great. If not, it seems silly not to play just because you don't want to try out. I have no idea what your talent level is but if you have been playing at a high level for a while you could probably add some depth to a team. However, if you choose not to play for whatever reason that is your business.
The end.

Honestly Dave, the first post and the reponses have tended to come across as a 'touch' on the arrogant side. (that said, 99% of the replies have come across as either bandwagoneering or people just making asshats of themselves trying to go one up in the pissing contest)
I don't understand the 'I don't go to practice' comments, in the ice league I play in (classify it how you want - our teams pay for everything for us, fees, training, food, flights, gym, etc - no wages just a bit here and there for key wins) we get pro ice guys from Europe, Scandinavia, North America, etc - including guys who played some NHL - they all attend practice.
Training sessions aren't just about individuals, they're about the team.

I want you guys to know that you say that I would never make these teams.
If a real paid pro roller hockey league comes back, you guys will be the last ones to be looked at.
They go for pro Ice hockey players(FACT).
Do you want to know why, because they know what those guys can do and do you want to know something else......
They bring in the whole team if they want to........
So go pay for your tryout, have fun
And one more thing, at least MLRH got this right, they are AAA. Not pro

Are you a bit mental?
Your posts are just all over the place ... on one hand you appear to be trying to score points with guys on this board to find a roster spot ... in the next breath you rip into people and act like you got paid NHL type money to play roller hockey?!? And then in another post I think you said about being a TV Chef?!?! ... cuckoo's nest
Know one will ever make enough money to earn a full time living from roller hockey in the near future ... so the only thing most of us have and why we play is the friends we make when playing and the team spirit .... considering your resume as long as your arm ... you clearly don't have many friends in hockey or you wouldn't have started this post in the first place?!? And please don't list your friends now .. I'm sure you have a few.
This kind of thing reminds me of a story I heard a few years back of an Ex-NHL guy who was playin pro ice in the UK, and was going on about the great things he had done before, a guy who had played years in the UK stands up on the bus and says "it doesn't matter what you have done cos you're hear with us now" .... I.e. From what I can see is PIHA is the best inline hockey league available to you .. so start making friends.

And yes I am A Chef, Because you need a two jobs to play PRO right...
No I just need one....And don't worry about my friends SALLY, are you concerned?
OH, I forgot you guys have been playing pro hockey so we don't need to hear about the guys who has been there done that right!
Why don't you do this, READ the posts and then tell me if you understand that.......

If a real paid pro roller hockey league comes back, you guys will be the last ones to be looked at.
They go for pro Ice hockey players(FACT).
Y'know, I was waiting for the resume, even thinking about asking for it. You provided the goods and I'm impressed that you put your money where your mouth is, at least somewhat.
The item I quoted above though, not a fact. If Pro inline (truly paid to play) does become the standard, it has to start at ground level. The kind of pay you seem to think they could pull pro ice players with won't exist in Pro inline for some time. While the seasons run at the same time, no NHL, AHL, etc. player is going to give up higher sums of pay to play inline. As much as people want to compare the two, they are different games, and the top inline players will succeed at keeping their top status as inline players.
The bigger issue with your statement is if and when pay does start scaling up, many of the hybrid players will have a tougher decision to make. It wasn't that long ago you'd see the top prospects from the CC Tigers playing in NARCH during the "off-season". Ice has the old money, they get to sling it. PIHA, while not truly Pro in the paid sense, is a great starting level as long as it can keep rolling and drawing in the best players. With large pockets of top players, advertisers and endorsements will come. Money will start flowing. Paychecks will be cut, competition to make teams will go up and improve the sport as a whole. Isn't that why we all care about PIHA, NARCH, TORHS, AAU, etc. etc. etc.? Not because it's going to boom into instant millions and fame, but because with the right people doing the right work it will pave the way for the truly Pro league.
You have a good resume to show that you do indeed care. But you're trying to relive the glory days of paid to play 10 yrs ago, and there's a reason it's defunct now. Start it right or watch it fall.

Why don't you read my post jack off. I am not anything to do with the NJ Stampede, just pointing out a few things.
I don't play PIHA as I am in the UK. My post clearly says know one will get paid from playing roller hockey (although in Italy I do think they have some proper pro teams) and I know there is no real Pro Inline hockey.
I was highlighting 2 things ...
1) you make out the difference between the pro hockey you played (on your resume) and the current NON Pro Hockey is so different? I bet the standard is the same or PIHA could even be better due to the game advancing over the past 5 years. Plus you are 10 years older now... Darren MacCarty who won cups with the Wings is in the IHL at the minute, so what is the difference? He is working hard, trying out and practicing to make it where he wants to be. And his resume is way better than yours.
2) From what I see, PIHA is the best standard of hockey you have available to you at the minute ... so bottom line SALLY if you want to play, you really need to stop making enemys.
Due to everything you have posted, even if you were the best player in the world, I would never have you on any team cos you would just piss everyone off on the team with all your self indulgence. If you want to play the best standard you can, then you need to start making some friends real quick bud. Just an observation .... that for some bizarre reason you have missed!?!

If you simply could have come on here and said... I'm Dave and Im looking for a team, here is my resume: ect ect... I think you would have probably received a few phone calls by now. Instead, the opposite has occured. You are now a topic of conversation that owners are going to laugh over up here when we play each other. I'm not here to debate your skill, just your method of campaigning for yourself.
It also isn't wise to slam the league, in those attempts. Big deal you got paid to play back in the day. So did Gordie Howe, but who is he playing for now. Make it on your own merrit, not on what you did 10 years ago.
Let's please cut down the personal attacks man. I'm sorry that i've taken such a negative position on this here. I am looking out for the best interests for you and the league when I made my original comments. Why dont we refocus and get back on track. You were trying to get on a team. We had an import out here last season who racked up 40 PIMS in 4 games with the Rockin Rollers.Unless I'm wrong on the rules here, isn't that impossible? Last I remember a player is ejected after a total of 6 or more PIM. (in most rulebooks, at least) Unless he got a 10 minute Misconduct penalty in each game, but isn't there a 2nd game suspension that follows that?
quick_dry
01-15-2008, 11:49 PM
nope, you're just wrong on the rules :) (and highlighting a problem with the fragmented nature of inline hockey rules - or that many rulesets don't make it clear what are custom additions* )
IIHF based/style rules let you have as many minors as you can get. (We're also talking RHI in 1995, not current)
FIRS style rules give you that limit.
Many leagues/associations make their own little modifications like that, in Australia we had that problem so when we settled on the one base set of IIHF rules we'd have any national/state set deviations from thestandard included in a box so it was very clear what was what.

Because, PIMS are important, if you are playing against a bunch of Sally's.
See Quick, If you have guys out on the rink trying to hurt everyone, well you have to have someone that will sacrafice his body.
Now the fact that I can score and I was on the powerplay it was very important, that I picked the right time, to fight.
Now its not bragging, but look at the NHL, it keeps goons at bay when they want to do something.
Fact: Did you know that fighter in the NHL study there opponents.
1. What hand do they throw with
2. Can they throw with both
3. Can they throw while holding your jersey
4. They are boxers with skates on
5. etc
They watch tapes of each other.
Thats why it important, it can change a game.

2. Apaid league, they bring in ice hockey players to play, because kids just playing inline do not know how to check.

Scientology is the only thing that scares me more than the depths of Dave Alvarez's crazy mind!!!!!
Mad as a box of frogs...... but in fairness, you are rolling with these punches pretty well. I suppose that's what those brightly colour pills they give you do eh? And I for one am certainly glad they allow you some internet time at where ever they keep you under lock and key.
And for all your short coming Mr Alvarez ... you know your Beer, Stella AKA "Wife Beater" (as it will turn the most pleasant guys into animals) as we call it in England, that is some strong stuff. So hats off too you on that one.
You know agent 11, I am starting to like you, maybe I will put you on the visitors list.....lol

Sh$t .... I'm gonna hide... that'll ruin my rep!!!!!
Especially when you are quoting names from the most homo-erotic movie of all time ... Top Gun.
And calling other grown men "Sally" all the time .... surely that's the kind of thing that happens only in San Francisco ... I heard from a buddy of mine .... or so someone told me  :o

I'm totally lost and I think everyone should stop having a dig at you. I think you are unstable and could possibily hunt down everyone on this forum, with a rifle, screaming "NOT THE COAL CUPBOARD AGAIN MUMMY ... (SORRY SALLY) .. and blow us all to pieces!!!!!

I think you should forget hockey Dave ... concentrate on the celebrity chef game!
If you are as crazy and funny as you are in this thread, you'll be good TV.
Gordon Ramsey is obnoxious and self promoting & manages to get under everyone's skin ... so your already on to a winner there.

C'mon, guys. Somebody has to have a video camera! Here's the deal: Create the best YouTube Dave Alvarez insult (family friendly, please), and the winner receives one of the remaining Inline Hockey Central 10-Year Anniversary Commemorative Jerseys!
Create your video, put it up on YouTube, link to it here, and let the hilarity ensue!

Let me help you out richard,
I really don't think these guys can get that creative and I don't think they teach common sense in the BOY scouts.
I would be suprised if they even try to do it.......Your Jersey is safe.
I think that everyone on here that wanted to put me in my place, if they do not come up with a video.
They should each chip in $10.00 each for your hard work. For us old washed up guys have a place to go to talk about the past......
C'mon Sally, lets see if you have a pair.......:D
P.S....Please do not send any videos of TJ shaving his first three hairs on his chin....BORING!!!!!

They are probably attending tryouts....without an invitation...THAT THEY PAID FOR!!! HAHAHA....that makes me laugh
This is youtube, OK. It is not for sissies. Go goggle something if you don't like pain.
