New PIHA rules

I know there's been some of rule changes for this season, one I wasn't sure of is "you can't keep the puck behind your own net for a certain duration of time" .(I don't remember how long it was supposed to be)

Does anyone know how exactly this rule works and if it's even being enforced?

This rule was for preseason games only as a test or exhibition of the rule to see how it might have worked out. Rule #61. and I dont believe it was even implemented during pre-season games. Experimental rule for the off season.

No it isnt being used during this regular season or playoffs.

The rule changes are in another post under 2008 PIHA Rule Changes. As Todd stated, it is (was) for experimental use only during preseason and exhibition.
