Hi All,
The Pittsburgh SteelHawks (adult team) will be hosting tryouts at Bladerunners in Harmarville, PA on March 9 and 10, 2008. The SteelHawks play in the highly competitive North Pittsburgh Hockey League (local travel league...many pro, minor, and adult A caliber players) and play in many additional tournaments over the course of the spring and summer.
Tryouts:
Sunday, March 9, 6:00 PM
Monday, March 10, 8:00 PM
Each tryout will be 1 hour in length
All players must register prior to tryouts (Send me a PM for more details)
Tryouts $10 per player
Players must attend at least 1 tryout
$150 (approximately, number may differ slightly) due immediately after final tryout
Practices, season, and tournaments will begin in late April and run through mid August (great way for players to keep in shape during offseasons for other teams)
Includes
- 8-10 game NPHL season
- 2 tournaments
- 5 practices
- Team jersey
- Team pants
12 players will make the team, 3 players will be rostered as practice squad players (practice squad players only pay a $30 practice squad fee, and will be called up to action as needed)
