Tri State Sports might be closing according to this article. It was in two newspapers today.

IT IS NOT TRUE

The Hockey Dek, the company running the hockey program, has just recently signed a new lease. So the program is not going any where.

To me it just sounds like they like that site, and make an offer to purchase it which can always be refused

Delaware County might soon break into the Hollywood film racket, granted county council approves a proposal from film production company Pacifica Ventures to construct an $80 million movie and sound studio.

This is a "proposal". Sounds to me like the owner of the complex will walk away with a nice piece of change. It doesn't sound like they are trying to TAKE the property from him. I'm sure any lease that has been recently signed will magically go away.

Just a thought

The offer has already been made. This is going to county for approval

Am I right in saying that it is home to the demolition???

Could be. Could you imagine, a Hollywood size film studio in our backyard. INSANE!

How could county turn this down?

Your right. It is the home of the demolition. Sounds like all road games to me.
