PIHA Preseason

Does anyone know if a pre-season schedule is to be posted for PIHA? I heard some rumors that some teams would begin playing each other soon. I also see the Mason Dixon Division has grown to 9 teams! That's a lot of hockey!

The Feasterville Fury will be hosting the New Jersey Stampede on October 13, 2007. Minor league games begin at 6PM with the pro games following directly after at 7PM. $5.00 admission for all the games. Children 8 and under are free!

The Generals have two preseason games coming up in november, on the third against the potomac mavericks, and against the pittsburgh bandits on nov. 16. the bandits will then be schrimaging i believe the mavericks in potomac. that's about it that i know of

i am pretty sure that we (growl, in case you couldn't tell by my handle) are playing against the York Typhoon on Nov 10th at 2 pm ... i heard that we were also supposed to play the Lunatics, but i do not know if that is still in the works, i hope it is, because i would love to go skate on their floor again. One of, if not the best in the league!!

Potomac plays Winchester on NOV 3, Someone (maybe Maryland) on the 10th, and Pittsburgh Bandits on the 17th. Also in talks with Richmond for a game or two.

The FireAnts and Blaze played a charity pro/minor exhibition back on Sept. 9th.

We also played the University of Connecticut team last weekend.

Any teams interested in setting a preseason thing up send me a PM, I am roommates with the Blaze co-owner so we could set up a three or four team event.
