Attention all sourrounding states. The Tennessee Challenge roller hockey tournament will be held at the new indoor rink in knoxville, Sept.22-23. theres been alot of news lately about our state in rollerhockey and heres everyones chance to support it. the tournament is for all age divisions and is a central point in the southeast for new teams to meet and play each other.

attn: adult and collegiate teams!!! the cool sports adult team is really good, not to mention we have an incredible team from chicago coming to play too.

also if any collegiate teams in the area are ready yet, and theres enough interest there will be a collegiate only division.

if you havent played in the new knoxville rink yet, you've got to check it out. register now. theres going to be great prizes for every team.

I hope with this tournament comes some nice buzz about the Tennessee PIHA Team as well. I'll try to get my two Pirates teams there for the tourney. Spread the word about the PIHA team in Tennessee! And I think Keith Curtis, the team coordinator, is going with the Rocky Toppers as the team name too!

Is there any interest in playing for Tennessee team in the PIHA we would play out of the Icearium in Knoxville I need 16 players and 3 goalies for both major and minor league games if interested pleas e-mail me at [email protected] W e would be primarily self funded though I am looking for a major sponsor to help with some of the burden!

Hey Keith . . . Your probably going to want to carry at least 20-24 players. Road trips and all, you may not have a full squad, so you need to account for that. Plus you wouldn't want my team to whoop ya every time we play right ;)? Also, I have a contact for you that is heavily involved with the roller hockey in Tennessee and would like to help you.

All Teams In The Surronding Area!!! This Is The Last Week Of Registrations For The Tennessee Challenge. We Still Have A Few Spots Open In The 14u, 17u, Adult Silver, And College Divisions. Register Asap To Make Sure You Get In.

I have to say I am very disappointed so far I have had no interest conveyed as far as a team in Tennessee for the PIHA I would have liked to go to the tournament on the 22cd of September but I have a wedding to go to that weekend hopefully some interest can be generated there or I guess I will have to play ice hockey instead!
