Hi Folks,

Here's a cool story about inline hockey I ran across on the internets ;)

Playing inline hockey gives kids an opportunity to participate who may not have the size and strength needed in other sports*busts out laughing*

I'm sorry, but I just had to quote that. At least he went on to say it takes "quickness" and "agility" to do well.

That's not too bad of a rink for being outdoors, surface looks smooth, and it had boards. Better than playing in the old parking lot.

Hey Wingman,

The writer might be alluding to Little League Baseball. Have you seen the stats on the size of the players and how the bigger kids dominate? Wow. There are 6' 12-year-old pitchers. One writer said it was like having Yao Ming on the mound shooting a BB gun down at ya. :o

Yeah... I kinda knew what he meant by it. I didn't know that's the case in baseball, but the "big kids" dominate a lot of sports, except inline hockey they're usually pretty slow.
