Help Starting A Team!

I have been playing inline hockey for quite a while now and have had the idea to try and start a team. if there is anyone out there that could give me some info on how to do this that would be great. i dont know exactly what to do. i know i will be able to get enough players for a whole team, but i dont know how to get it all set up.

what type of team??? Tournament, men's league, pro??

well,tournament would really be the only option.we are all in high school and same age so unless there was some way to get a high school team going, tournament is my only choice.
