Pack my Statewars Bag!!

My son is playing on the Michigan 98's....
What should he bring? Xtras of anything?
Any suggestions would be great.

They have a pro shop at the rink, but for inline needs it is fairly limited. Remember this is normally an ICE rink. Bring spare wheels just in case? The Excess surface is great, but some people complain that ice court tears up their wheels. I guess it just all depends on what you normally skate on and the durometer wheel you use.

Depending on your game schedule, he will probably have a lot of free time...which gives you a great change to tour Chicago. (Insert tourist bit about comfy walking shoes, camera, etc.).

Other than that, I can't suggest too much. My experience with State Wars has always been with the Senior team, so our perspective is a little different.
