Women's Inline Hockey in L.A.

Similar to the previous post, I am wondering if there are any women's inline hockey teams in the Los Angeles area. I am new to skating, but am very interested in playing hockey and would like to join a team that doesn't mind having beginners play and learn.

I can't think of any women's inline teams in LA off the top of my head, but the rinks in your area most likely have co-ed adult beginner's leagues.

Also, if you go to the rinks and talk to the league directors, they may be able to tell you more about women's teams in your area and set you up with the right contacts.

There may be more women's teams in Orange County -- about an hour's drive (depending on traffic) south of Los Angeles -- than there are here. There used to be several, but I'm not sure they still exist.
